SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

 

 

5' ELEVEN'' Magazine Worldwide Deliveries:

 

Our shipping days are all Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for orders made by the day before. UK Bank holidays excluded.

 

Magazines are shipped via Royal Mail / DHL with the selected service.

1.  Large Letters for single Magazine. Up to 750g.

2.  Small Parcels of up to 2 magazines

3.  Medium Parcels for up to 15 magazines.

​

In some cases, we may upgrade your Delivery Service if the estimation time is quicker.

 

Magazines delivery times are according to Royal Mail / DHL with the selected service:

​

1. All UK territories, from 1 to 5 days from Shipping Day.

2. Europe, from 7 to 14 days from Shipping Day with Tracking Number,

3. Worldwide, from 10 to 21 days from Shipping Day with Tracking Number.

Import Taxes & Duties:

​

All prices are taxes included.

​

Any delay, charge, fee, import taxes, unattended delivery, and/or duties related to customs offices of each country belong to the customer and in any case, it will be paid by 5' ELEVEN'' Magazine. Please, check with your Customs offices before ordering.

Important: Magazines ARE NOT qualified for a return and/or refund.

​

Digital Issue is downloaded directly and saved on your device in PDF format. Average digital size between 75Mb and 200Mb.
