Where are you originally from and how did you get scouted?

I am originally from the Dominican Republic and I got scouted there, walking through ‘Conde street’ in the Dominican Republic.

How did you feel when they confirm your first show for Saint Laurent?

I was emotional and nervous at the same time because it was the first show in my career and for such a big and well-known brand!

It was very exciting and I enjoyed it a lot because I got to work with very important people in the fashion industry.

And from all those experiences, which one is your favorite?

My favorite experience was the Nina Ricci show because it was the first international show I closed.

What would you like to achieve in the fashion industry? which are your goals and dreams?

I want to do big things to be recognized worldwide for it. I want to keep working with big brands and be able to help out my family with it.

Armando Pereyra, manager of my mother agency Perkins models. Because even though he works in a small agency he puts so much effort into it to be successful and he has helped me so much to be where I am today; he is like a father to me and I admire him because he never gives up.

What would you recommend us from the Dominican Republic?

The Dominican food and the beaches.

On Licett Morillo.
